Fourteen people attended the first of a series of computer classes sponsored by the JCCSC Business Seminar. Yoshio Aoki reserved the DisKovery Center on First Street for this beginner’s hands-on learning experience, and teachers, Tom Maeda, Mitsuhiro Nakada, and Masao Okamoto, assisted the eager JCCSC members. They were taught how to log onto the website, to update their personal information, and to seek other member information on the state-of-the-art computers. Mike Okamoto stated that this seminar assured members of a “fear-free” opportunity to explore the Internet, and those members and guests can look forward to future non-threatening and fun Business Seminar computer classes.
