Departure of the second consecutive term of Mr. Toshio Handa as a President of Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Southern California (JCCSC)

JCCSC held 2010 Officers' Installation Luncheon at Almansor Court in City of Alhambra having invited the guest of Mr. Masayoshi Tezuka, Deputy Consul General from Consulate General of Japan Los Angeles on Sunday, January 23, 2010.

The oath of installation of 18 new officers was taken by Mr. William Johnson. And 280 representatives of Japanese community congratulated Mr. Toshio Handa on his departure of second consecutive term as a president of JCCSC.
