The Japanese Chamber of Commerce Foundation is pleased to announce that it has now closed accepting applications for its 11th annual Rainbow Exchange Program. This is an one-month Stay and Study Program in Japan offered in cooperation with the Ashinaga Ikueikai of Japan.
